After 16 years, the well known Khan family of Bollywood is witnessing a marriage and Salman Khan and his family is leaving no stone unturned to make the wedding a grand affair.
As per the bride and groom’s wish, their wedding will be held at a palace and big brother Salman Khan has booked the famous ‘Falaknuma Palace’ in Hyderabad for the wedding.
Salman Khan has booked the wedding venue for two days and the per day the ‘Falaknuma Palace’ will cost not less than a £100,000. The Khan family is shelling out for the wedding as Arpita is the youngest and darling of all the family members.
Arpita will marry her sweetheart Aayush Sharma, a Delhi-based businessman on 18th November. The couple started dating since 2013 and decided to take their relationship to the next level.
The pre-marriage rituals will begin on 16th November, Haldi and then the Sangeet. After the Haldi ceremony, the family will fly to Hyderabad for the sangeet and the wedding.
After the wedding, all will be returning to Mumbai and a grand reception will be hald on 21st November and influential people from business and politics will be invited apart from Bollywood friends.
Salman Khan invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the wedding reception. He went to invite Modi with his elder sister Alvira Khan and handed over the card.
Aamir Khan, Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Karan Johar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Subhash Ghai and many others are in Salman’s guest list. Kamal Haasan, Vijay, Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Suresh Babu are also sent invitations.
It is reported that Salman has invited (former foe) Shah Rukh Khan and SRK has come out to say that he didn’t need a formal invitation, as he’s known Arpita since she was a child.
A source said: “Shah Rukh and his wife Gauri are very fond of Arpita. For Arpita’s sake, Salman Khan’s family would walk that extra mile.
“Ever since Arpita came into their home, Salman’s family feels their lives have transformed for the better. They don’t deny her anything.”
