The Sheriff of Howdy Town, Yasir, said: “All our hearty meat dishes are HMC certified. They sizzle with rustic flavours. Our gourmet burgers will get your tastebuds kicking more than Buckaroo and our famous homemade chilli sauce will get you hitting the roof as if there really is a snake in your boots.
“Will you quick draw with your partner over who gets to eat the Buffalo burger or the Django burger?”
The chefs, who are swapping their toque blanches for Stetsons, will grill the meat and signature sizzlers in the Howdy Live Kitchen.
“It’s not an open kitchen, it’s a ‘live kitchen’,” the Sheriff explained. “It’s a whole different way of cooking; a better way to cook, the authentic Wild West way to cook. It’s Bradford’s first live kitchen.”
For those cowboys and cowgirls who don’t want to dine in, the restaurant will be offering Howdy ‘Pick up’!
