How to use
The Dental Scaler: Use weekly. Hold the tool so that the top curve is flat against the tooth. Gently pull away from the gum line towards the biting edge of each tooth.
The Dental Pick: Use weekly. Place the pick at the gum line between the teeth and gently pull away from the gum to remove food.
The Tongue Cleaner: Can be used as and when needed, preferably daily after brushing your teeth. Place The Tongue Cleaner on the back of your tongue and pull forward, lightly skimming the surface of your tongue. Like your toothbrush, you should replace your tongue cleaner every three months!
