TRIVIA: Adnan Sami was born and raised in London – his father was a Pakistan Air Force pilot and a Pakistani diplomat
The world-renowned music maestro – pianist, music composer and singer Adnan Sami Khan, 54, ahead of his performance at the First Direct Arena on Friday 11th August, met and greeted hundreds fans at Abu Bakr Supermarket, Kirkstall.
Adnan Sami’s UK Tour 2023, saw him perform at Leeds, Wembley and Birmingham in back-to-back concerts, enthralling hundreds of thousands of fans, giving them an unforgettable show.
But, before he headed over to the First Direct Arena, he made a pitstop at Abu Bakr Supermarket’s flagship store on Kirkstall Road.
TRIVIA: Adnan Sami’s most successful albums have been Kabhi To Nazar Milao with Asha Bhosle and Tera Chehra, and his music videos have usually featured Bollywood stars such as Namrata Shirodkar in ‘Bheegi Bheegi Raat’, Mahima Chaudhry, Raveena Tandon, Rani Mukerji in ‘Tera Chehra’, Govinda, Fardeen Khan, Amisha Patel in ‘O Meri Jaan’.
Not only did he meet and greet his fans, he also helped CEO Sajid Hussain kick-start his birthday celebrations.
TRIVIA: He was educated in the Midlands, and went on to earn a law degree (LLB) from King’s College London. He went on to become a barrister at renowned Lincoln’s Inn in England.
