Modern Films is thrilled to announce the release of the official trailer for Girls Will Be Girls (GWBG), the acclaimed feature film by Shuchi Talati that won two major awards at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival. The film will be released in cinemas across the UK and Eire from 20 September, with the trailer now available for viewing online.

Girls Will Be Girls is set in a strict boarding school in the Himalayas, where 16-year-old Mira’s journey of self-discovery and romance is overshadowed by her mother’s unresolved issues and her own struggle to navigate societal constraints.
